The new hipster for people who are too young to be hipsters, "Third Wave Coffee" has a focus on single origin, light roast, sweeter brews, and that is exactly what this single origin Mexican coffee offers.

Using a lighter roast to bring out a bitter-citrus flavour, it's the craft IPA of the coffee world and categorically Third Wave! Perfect to enjoy as a filter for an emphasis on the grapefruit, or a long black for the sweetness of the sugar/caramel-like flavours.
