Our brand new Rigatoni, is finally here for all your chunky sauces and rich ragus. The latest member of the Northern Pasta family has total curve appeal, with the ultimate texture and bite. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with our beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Rigatoni is unbeatably delicious.
We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.
